Ticklers & Emails

1. Ticklers -- Can we send out e-mails to contacts or leads after say x amount of time or when certain conditions have been met automatically?

2. Reminders -- In the task and cal you can set up reminders and they pop-up in the browser window. This is very cheesy and there are many problems with this implimentation. But ideally it should e-mail the user instead of sending a browser prompt. Especially in the event that you don't always have a browser window open at all times.

That is all I can think of right now that is pretty essential to my needs as of yet.

Hi Brandon,

If you have Pro or Enterprise versions of Sugar, item 1 is done through Workflow. You can set up timed triggers, save triggers, status change triggers, etc.

For item 2, there is no plans to do so at the moment.
