Does anyone knows if there is any type of dashlet or module that shows the diferents timezones or the hour of diferent cities of the world?

Don't know if there is a module or dashlet, but you could always add this to your My Portal module and have it show up as a tab: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
