There is a TimeZone issue in 4.2. This would seem like it would only effect Indiana customers though. In indiana, they have now passed the observance of Daylight Savings Time. This option is not on the drop down of TimeZones that you can select from. I know you could just select to observe whatever TimeZone that your part of Indiana is observing but, this might be confusing for new users setting up a system to select "Indiana" and it not observe DST properly. Some parts of Indiana still do not observe DST so I think the best solution would be an additional selection to choose this:

America/Indiana/Indianapolis (GMT -5) (+DST)

AND

America/Indiana (GMT -5)

Just have both options there. That would also prevent it from being confusing in the future in case us Hoosiers change our mind (again).
