Default Track customers sales and when to invoice them

    Hello,

I run a small business and have been using SugarCRM (community edition on my own server) for about 3 months. So far I really like it and it seems very good for tracking sales leads and customer contact data.

I want to carry the use one step further and I'm not sure how. I run a few websites and need to track customer's advertising campaigns so I know when each is about to expire and to speed up invoicing. Since I have all my customer information already in Sugar it would be great if I could track when each customer campaign starts and ends, what the rate is that they are paying, etc. If it would then export to QuickBooks that would be cool too, but not necessary.

Is any of this possible? Do I need a add-on?

    Thanks

You could use Studio to add a few custom fields and use ZuckerReports to create custom lists as necessary. Also, you may want to look at the OpenSales custom module. Quickbooks integration is definitely possible as well, using a connector like Q-Connector or just creating a report in ZuckerReports that will generate an IIF file that Quickbooks can read. You may want to take a peak at Info@Hand. It is a pretty clean implementation of a full-blown system with orders, invoices, and Quickbooks integration.
