Tracker Image...

I am new to SCRM, and using 5.0.2k.

I am setting up an email campaign, and it's going well. I do have on question: where do I set the source of the tracker image? It is currently http://www.sng.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mails.../1x1spacer.gif, which is broken.

What do you mean by the spacer.gif is broken. If you are having tracker issues ... how are these manifesting?

What platform, versions of php, mysql, o/s + webserver?
