Is there a way to track the time spend on help cases and can that be tied to a contract with time liimits?
I'm afraid there's no such feature in the current version of SugarCRM (OS or Pro). It might be possible to tweak the code (or create new module altogether) to achieve what you are after, or you can check what http://www.infoathand.com/ has to offer. Third alternative might be YashOffice (http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/noint/).
