    Default tracking hours pool

    Hi all,

I work for a company that provides consultancy services, some of our sales are based on "hour pool" where we for exampale, sell the customer 10 hours of consultancy time and the customer can request the service at any time as long as he has positive balance on his "hour account".
Is it possible to track the time spent on each consultancy session and deduct the available time on the pool at the end of each session using SugarCRM?

    Possible solution:
create 2 custom fields in Accounts module (hours pool and hours spent).
after each consultancy session Account assignee updates 'hours spent' field and you may now manually count difference "hours pool" - "hours spent" = "hours left".
Or you may use logic hooks to do the count automatically which will update hours pool field.

So, the idea is based on these 2 custom fields and logic hook for automatic counting.
