Tracking last contact with prospects

Hi,

Is there a way to automatically track when the last contacts with a client or prospect was? That way, you get a reverse-order list of people you should contact.

As long as sales people are updating their records, the you could write a sql query that queried Contacts and Calls/Meetings and determine the last contact from that.

But there is no very simple way to do it.

It's not a complex query .. try iReport and Zucker
