Our company has more departments. One salesman can sell products from different departments. We track sells through Opportunities in Sugar CRM. I would like to see sells outcome filtered/sorted by departments - on Dashboard or in Report.
Is it possible to do it in Sugar CRM - if yes, in which edition and how? Is it possible to add department attribute to the opportunity? Could this feature be solved by teams, maybe? Thanks for help, David
