Tracking User Activity

Hey gang! I am new to Sugar, but so far, LOVE IT!

I do have a question though, as an Admin, is there any way to veiw my "user's" or "employee's" activities in the system? Such as when or if they last logged in, which leads, contacts, etc they have looked at last, or made notes in the record? Just curious. Would like to know if my sales folks are actually using this great tool.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

The module mentioned by Andy only shows which user logged and whether the user logged on successfully or not, no more no less. Either that or I am missing something. Not quite what PK and Kelly are looking for.

It'd be a nice additional feature in the Audit project to add this info.

For those with a technical bent you can monitor records in the "tracker" table which are used to provide the most recently accessed items list.

hello all

i m also new to sugar CRM, infact CRM and trying to do the same thing that tracking the user activities. the dashboard report shows the monthly activities of all the users i mean to say all the lead staus information made by all the users per month. if it shows the the same per week or per day then i think it would be fruitful.

I just installed Zucker Reports in order to find out if there is possible to creates such reports. Seems somehow complicated... so this will take some time. Anyhow, will tell you if i manage to succeed. Meanwhile - tips where to find all possible user help for zucker is warmly welcome!
