Tracking users - See who is logged in?

Sugar CRM CE 5.5.0

Is there a way to view which users are currently logged into the CRM and what they are doing?

Management wants to be able to see who is and is not logged into the CRM and what they are doing (viewing a lead, editing an account, etc).

A Dashlet would be really nice.

What's sad is management will probably never use this as it's just too much data and doesn't pertain to the goals of most businesses which good reports should do. Anyway...

You could use the SugarFeeds dashlet to see what people have been doing lately or use the tracker table. Seeing who is actually logged in at the time isn't possible but you could get a good estimate of it by using the tracker table.

The Sugar Feed is close but doesn't show if the users are logged in.

You can create module where you will select from all audit tables and display that.
And you of course can install hook for event display record and record there events.
But this will be very slow and very hard for server.
