Hello at all,
I've got a request from a small trading company for a structure to work with clients etc.
It would be smart to have a tracking for all requests, a todo and shopping list, frequently offers through email and a list of which email from which customer is still todo, as well as something like opportunities and tracking of those.
The thing is .. they are only selling small quantities like one package with a few Kg at a time and the goods are all between 0,001 and 10€ per piece - most under 1€.
Does anybody of you have some experience about when it is worth to create an opportunitiy for instance?
I mean - it takes maybe 2 min to create it, 2 min to ask for it again and if the earning is like 5€, maybe it's not really worth it.
Any idea about best practice here?
On the other hand, since they are growing and get several new customers, there must be a system to help them organize things.
