Trouble with Notes on Contacts

Hello,

We just completed installing Sugar CE. When we click on the contacts tab, we see Contacts, Activities and History. We can add notes to the contact but can't add a Notes sub panel on the contacts. Any ideas? Where in the Admin / Studio do you go to do this? Thanks in Advance!

Notes only exist within the History subpanel. Notes by default are considered Historical activities, so will only ever appear in the History panel.

The same is true of other activities in relation to related modules: Calls, Meetings, Tasks will always appear under the Activities Subpanel if they are open, or under the History panel if they are closed.

Thanks for the quick response. So, there is no way to create a subpanel in the Contacts that displays call notes? Thanks in Advance!
