hello.
a few days ago i installed Sugar CE for MacOS X.
i have two doubts:
1- everytime i want to run Sugar, i have to copy this line to the Terminal on MacOS X: /Applications/sugarcrm-5.2.0f/sugarctl.sh start. is there a way of having Sugar starting automatically? like double-clicking on a file to run it?
2- in the company i work for, due to the nature of the services we sell (legal and consultancy services), we do not track opportunities by value ($), but by number of open opportunities - that means, the quantity of prospect processes that are being worked on at one given moment. thus, what we want to see is something like:
- number of open opportunities (total)
- number of opportunities per sales stage:
- leads (contact not made yet)
- prospects (cold call or e-mail sent)
- commercial proposals sent
- commercial proposals being negotiated (price negotiation, adjustments on the service scope, etc.)
- closed sales
- cancelled opportunities
is that a way to plot this information on the panel, instead of the standard forecast by $?
thanks in advance.
