Unable to Drag & Drop fileds in EditView

In SugarCrm Community Edition 6.2.1 (Build 6405) , i am unable to Drag & Drop fields in EditView Layout. Module Type is Issue

Try it in Firefox. I had similar issues with IE at one point

Yes, there is a big chance it be a browser issue.

Try diferent browsers, maybe it works.

Whether it does not work from any browser, try to check your source files permitions, maybe they are wrong assigned.
