Resolution was that tracker data is tracked via port 80; if behind a firewall or redirecting ports, it will not work? If you must use Sugar behind a firewall or redirect ports, see http://www.sugarcrm.com/kb/category/...campaigns-app/
I am unable to get tracker feedback from Campaigns sent! I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or this is an issue with the way I'm testing the Campaign?
1) Should I expect results from "test" leads/contacts?
2) For the Opt-Out url, do I need to specify http://www.domainname.com/ ?
3) On which ports, other than 80/443, does Sugar use to report back the data?
I've tried testing a simple url, opt-out and bounced back; none of which is being reported!
Thanks to the forum in advance,
Soroush
