Hi, my company is new to SugarCRM and we are planning to switch to it from GoldMine. We have been testing it for quite a while now and I'd like to ask you guys if you've experienced this problem that we're having.

Basically when we try to print emails that are still on the POP3 server using the "printable view" option the email formats properly in a new window and we're able to print it. The problem comes when we have "imported" an email and go to "printable view" again. The window pops up but it does not contain the email. It has the "print" link, from, subject, date received and to but all of them contain "null" except for subject which reads "Connection to the mail server failed. Please contact your Administrator". This also happens when we try to print something in the "Sent emails" folder.

I don't understand why Sugar is still contacting the mail server since the email has already been imported to the Sugar server. Have you guys experienced this problem? If so, how did you deal with it?
