Unable to repair datbase

SugarCRM version 5.5.4
PHP 5.3.3-1ubuntu9.5 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built: May 3 2011 00:48:48)
Mysql 5.1.49-1ubuntu8.1

So Im having trouble doing a data base repair. When I run the repair it stops at

Repair Database Print Help
Processing database and vardef comparison...

I set the log level to debug in config.php and attached the output file, I cant see whats wrong ,it looks like it just goes though the database and disconnects..

I did create some custom modules... im not sure what i need to do to make this work any help would be appreciated.

Part of your problem might be related to the fact that you are using PHP 5.3. That version wasn't supported until the 6.x series of Sugar, and strange things can happen with incompatible versions.

I fixed it. I removed a custom module I had created in the studio that I deployed and that seem to allow the database repair to work.... weird.
