Unable to view/access all Sugar Fields to Edit Pages

Hi,
I'm using the 'a' release of Sugar.
I am trying to edit the contact page to be more familiar to people in the office.
Some of the account information that that I need to display on the Contacts page I cannot view from the Sugar fields - for example the Account and Name and the Website.
Surely you should be able to select any sugar field and display it on any page.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
