Unwanted duplication of document

Hi,
I'm a little new to Sugar and so far I was adjusting settings for my SugarCrm and starting to add documents (invoices, contracts, etc.) to partners and I see that I can upload the same document two times. Is it possible to prevent that?

You would need to write some custom code to get it to do that as there isn't a built-in feature that would allow you to check for duplicate uploads.
