Updating Create Layout on Leads home page

I have made on of the field on leads page required. I have updated this on all the page layout. But I am not able find a layout for create Leads layout on Leads Home Page on left side of the page.Please suggest solution for the same.

Not sure what you're saying ... if you click on "Create Lead" in the Lead>Shortcuts menu (left hand side menu) ...you will see the admin>studio>leads>layout>editview

If on the other hand you create a Lead from a module subpanel, you'll see admin>studio>leads>layout>quick create

Is this what you mean?
