Default Upgrade from 3.5.1c to d - Please specify a file and try again!

I don't get this... Just did this on a cPanel server and had no problem... Went to our Plesk server.. and get this error:
Please specify a file and try again!
For kicks, I changed all my files to 777... still the same... It sits for a while and then does nothing with returning the error...

Go into your php.ini and increase the 'upload_max_filesize' to about 10M or so.
If that doesn't work, try increasing the LimitRequestBody in httpd.conf (assuming you are using apache). If you don't find that directive, add the line:
    LimitRequestBody 10000000

Just a shot in the dark, but are the two servers on different networks?, if so check your bandwidth to the Plesk server, you may find you can't upload the file before the server times out the connection.
