Upgrade from Open Source to Professional

Hi,

Currently running Sugar Open Source v4.2.0d . After buying licenses to upgrade to professional I am having trouble upgrading.

I've ensured we're running the latest Open Source version and then when I try to upload "SugarSuite_to_SugarPro-Upgrade-4.2.0.zip" I get the following error: "The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar Suite: 4.2.0d"...

Would anybody know what might be the issue here? I'd like to get this resolved ASAP.
