Upgrading form 3.5.1 to 4.0.1

I am trying to upgrade from 3.5.1 to 4.0.1 but when I start the SugarSuite Patch 4.0.1 with the install option in the wizard
the system stay with the message in the IE bar
http://192.168.0.226/index.php?modul...Wizard_prepare

I already altered max_upload_size to 16MB.

I am trying to upgrade to 4.2 release

Have you restarted the web server ?

Now the latest sugar version 4.2.1 is availabe so better upgrade to this.

I read the the post and it is just I've done. But when I start the process using the wizard it says that "Upgrade patch for Sugar 4.0.1 performed in two steps". Then the click on install and appears that its concluded. And not more. I already restarted the server but Sugar was not updated.
