Upgrading to SugarCRM 4.0.0 GA

I currently have SugarCRM 3.5.1b installed. If I want to upgrade to SugarCRM 4.0.0 GA do I need to first install SugarCRM 3.5.1c, SugarCRM 3.5.1d, and SugarCRM 3.5.1e? If so, where do I get SugarCRM 3.5.1c?

From what I understand you can go straight to 4 GA as the majortiy of files are replaced anyway.

Like with any procedure like this though it wouldnt do any harm to make a file and data backup first just in case there are any issues.
