url integration with Fonality HUD PBXtra

The following link describes a simple method to integrate with SugarCRM, however I can't seem to get it to by pass or automate the authentication to sugarCRM. I receive a call, HUD launches the browser and attempts to do a lookup in sugarCRM but is presented a login page instead. YES I do already have a session(s) authenticated to sugarCRM

What should happen is a search is done on the caller-id and the record for that phone number is displayed. NOTE: If I copy and paste the url into the browser session that is authenticated it works fine. New browser sessions go to the login page.

Any suggestions?

I found this works fine with Firefox but not IE. Anyone know why? Firefox connects to the authenticated browser session, IE opens a new browser window.

One idea would be to make your sugar login and password the same as your fonality login and password and then just pass the %%username%% and %%password%% variables into sugar. I'm not sure if Sugar accepts such variables via the get string or what the variable names would be. It's a half-baked idea at best but I figured I'd throw it out there.
