I have two groups of people USER1s and USER2s. USER2s reports to USER1Is. Is there a way to set up the controls where User1s can see all of their leads and their assistant's leads (User2) without seeing all of the other user's leads? I need for User 1 to be able to assign leads to his/her User2.

Suggestions?

I seem to have run into an all or nothing. I can either have a user only have access to his leads or see everyone's leads, but not a happy medium.

I do have User 2 "reports to" User 1 but it still doesn't seem to work the way I need it to.

Ideas?
