    Default User Login...doesnt work?

After installing the community version of Sugar, ive noticed that the only users capable of logging in are the admin users. I've tried creating non-admin users and the login credentials are not accepted when attempting to login to the app. I'm assuming there is a fix to this? Not everyone should have admin rights...

I have the 5.2.0i community edition installed. i downloaded a previous version (5.0) as well to see if there were any major differinces with this functionallity. I havent changed any of the parameters. Installed as is. Admin is the only type of account allowed to log-in on both versions.

    Very strange!

Are you sure that users are created?

i think i figured it out. I thought you had to check one of the boxes to specify what kind of user you are creating but i believe now if you leave it blank it automatically creates a basic user.

On another note though, i've noticed that there is nowhere to delete the user. I've been reading that you must delete them from the database....
    I appreciate your help

    You are wellcome!

Instead of deleting user you should make his status as "Inactive" - he wouldn't be able to log in.
Also i am not recommend to delete user from DB manual.

It worked like a charm. I feel like a dummy not trying that before having to take your time. Thx for your input on my other question as well.
