Unhappy user settings to avoid more than 1 account of the same client?

Hello... I have a small problem.

In our community version of the sugar i have configured 6 users, and they all play with the various tabs. But when the users have a new account the insert into the accounts tab. The result is that when i get in with the admin user i see various account of the same client. How can i set it up that all our sugar users can see all the account inserted? Now when i get in with user: paco pw: paco i see the account i have created but not those of my colluege. Is there a way that all account details can be chared with everybody so we can avoid in the future, more account of the same client?

can anybody help me out here with this?

    Many thanks,
    Paco

    Paco,

When logged in as say "Paco", when you view the Accounts tab, make sure you haven't got "Only my items " ticked in the Basic Search tab. Having this ticked will filter the list to only those accounts assigned to Paco.

Similarly, if say creating a Contact, and attempting to select an Account to assign from the popup, ensure the "Assigned to" list has nothing selected as this will again filter the list.

Finally, check the role permissions. If you have created any roles, and assigned those to users, ensure you haven't selected "Owner" in any of the various view options. Having Owner selected causes the following (from Admin manual)...

    "Owner
: Only the user who is assigned to the record can perform the action. If there is no assigned user, then the user who created the record can perform the action."

If you do that, you should see everything created by everyone.
