User Specific Email Templates... Signature.. etc..?

Hey all,

I was wondering if there was away to make templates specific to the user, rather than global? I'd like to have the templates include the signature of the individual sales rep that is sending the email.

Is this possible? Customization?

I just tried this and it works, but it seems to strip all HTML formatting in the signature. Anyone else experience this?

To anyone from Sugar team -

Do you think you could add a checkbox to each template for "Template includes signature"?

In some templates, we include the signatrure, in others we don´t and let Sugar put it there for us. However when signatore is included in the template, we get two signatures, so the user has to remember to remove it both in the HTML and plain text area. Of course, sometimes they just forget to do this, so would be great if there was an easy way around this.

trund, that sounds like a good idea.

I forgot to clarify my post above about fonts not working in signatures. After further testing I realized that this ONLY occurs on my Macintosh OS X system. Don't know if it is Entourage's problem or if it is being caused by an incompatibility with the hundreds of font suitcases that I have open -- Safari often gets munged fonts but Firefox is usually OK.
