If I want to be able to schedule meetings with both users and contacts (e.g. to arrange a meeting with a client and a colleague), I can do so from within Sugar itself, but not from Outlook. Do I need to create duplicate contacts for my users? Or is there a 'make user available as a contact' checkbox I've missed?
