Hi Guys
I'm currently running SugarCRM 6.0.0 (beta 5). All installed and working fine on Windows 2003 server (using IIS, SQL Server 2005, PHP 5.2.13 using FastCGI)
Basically, the server is currently hosted on our internal network. We would like the server to remain behind our firewall on the internal network, but add an IIS virtual site on our public facing web server (within the DMZ), which will redirect (using "a share located on another computer").
Unfortunately we cannot install SugarCRM directly on the web server located in the DMZ due to various bespoke software already installed on it
I've set up the virtual site on our public facing server, script mappings, PHP (same version) etc... My problem is that I am unable to log in, or get past the login screen using this method (from the public facing server).
After clicking the "login" button, I am reverted straight back to the login screen again.
There is nothing in the sugarcrm.log (debug mode), that indicates any particular failure.
All relevant permissions have been granted on the internal server, and the sessions on the public facing server are being created - I've tried storing them locally, and within the session path on our internal server... But no change regarding logging in.
All works ok directly connecting to the internal server. The problems only exist when trying from the "front-end" server.
Does anyone have a "Front-end/Back-end" set-up like this?
Or does anyone have any ideas?
...Or whether this is actually possible with SugarCRM?
