    Default Using the Calendar

I'm running the open source sugar crm.

    Question 1:
Is there a way that I can make certain calendars of some specific staff invisble to others?
For example: all my sales role staff can view each others calendars but cannot see the calendar of our directors.
Our director role staff can however see the calendars of all our staff in both Sales and Tech.

    Question 2:
In shared calendar it is possible to selects multiple users, but can I extend the amount of days shown (default=7 days) to for example 1 month?

    Question 3:
Is there a way to import calendar data from a csv file into Sugar?
EDIT: It is possible to export the data, so I am expecting an import button as well.

    Question 4:
How do I create a recurring calendar event?

    Thanks in advance

You can't do this within the open source product, at least not by default. I am not completely positive, but you might be able to pull it off by applying the TeamsOS module. I am not sure how extensive that module is in its implementation of Teams. It is a free download and worth a look.

It is definitely possible within the Pro, Enterprise and Info@Hand commercial editions, as they all have Teams functionality built-in, which would be required to accomplish the task.

I don't believe it is possible to extend it without digging into the code.

Not through Sugar itself, but you should be able to do it via a MySQL server admin tool.

You can't. This functionality is not available, except in the Info@Hand product.
