I have created some custom fields under Contacts.

Could we re-use those fields inside, for e.g. "Create Lead" form? That is, once these fields are filled in "Create Lead" form, and "Convert Lead" operation finished, they are part of Contacts fields.

I am using SugarCRM CE.
