    Default Using sugar to helpdesk

    Hi

    Can i use sugar to help desk? Im very interested in create some profile or something to my clients, to they can report the suppor request using my sugar instalation.

    I only need provide to my clients some helpdesk aplication, but if i can use sugar, the support asignation will be very fast (compared with a standalone helpdesk).

    Can i do that?

    You could use Cases and Bugs and create a public site to allow your customers request assistance. If you're using Mambo then look at sugarforge, there are some components for Mambo to do this. If not, then you should use SugarCRM SOAP API or a simpler capture engine to get the users requests added to your SCRM.
