    Hi!

We have developed some functionality for hospital where they use SugarCRM.
....a lot of reports, sections for doctors and patients, which helps to manage their work.

    Feel free to contact us.

    Cheers,

    Hi Med

I had developed a full clinical medical suite containing management for Doctors, Patients, Scheduling, Consulting, Exams, Medicines, ICD and so on.
Once I have pharmaceutical graduation I were able to develop with a user point of view.

Fell free to ping me on skype (dtokeefe).

    Kind regards

Thanks for answer. However, it is quite general.
I presume that you've developed a lot of new modules, since I can hardly imagine that all standard modules fit needs of medicine, haven't you?
Which in turn means that sugar is a platform for fast module development in that case.

Actually I used some built in modules and created some other.

    Accounts: Medical Clinics
    Contacts: Doctors
    Leads: Patients
    Meetings: Scheduled Consulting
    Tasks: Exams
    Notes: Exams documents

This way it is able to use the Calendar to identify available schedulers for Doctors.

    Cheers

    Hi Med

SugarCRM will fit any business based on a continuous contact with customers. Clinics is a perfect example of this kind of business. Like Andre said, we can customize the existing modules, not only to fit your needs and minimizing the implementation costs, but also helping you to improve the agility of your business.

    Hello,

SugarCRM can be customized to fit any business need. We have customized Sugar for various medical companies, each different in the way they used the system. One used it to track doctors in different fields of medicine. Another was a doctor's office that used the system to replace most of their file systems to track patient information. Another uses it to track medical billing.

Each of the above scenarios used the system differently and had different customizations that were done in order to best fit their needs (in one, we removed the Accounts module completely, re purposed existing modules, created a new module...). So it really just depends on your use case and how the system can be customized to best fit your requirements.

If you are interested in discussing this in more detail, please feel free to contact Ray Stoeckicht at rays@intelestream.net or 888-435-2221.

    good luck

interesting discussion. I made the EMR modules three years ago just when SugarCRM was getting matured. I believe I posted the screen shots elsewhere in this forums.

Then, I moved to mobile related businesses for startups in Bay area.

Now, I have implemented a another very simple vertical application for enterprises. I plan on announcing too.
