Hi,
I have configured SugarCRM 4.2.1a on a Red Hat Linux 9 machine using the sugarcrm-community-4.2.1a-linux-installer.bin file.
Since I am a newbie,I am having a lot of queries with it's usage.
1) While setting up the email template,the variable substitution does not work.I want that when a client places a call,I should be able to respond him immediately with the case no.

2) I want to create 3 different groups and assign users to them so that when someone sends a mail to the respective group id,the mail should flow on a round-robin way.

I request all of you to help me with these queries.Looking forward to your reply.
