    Default Which version?

I work for a leasing company where we have three people involved in the sales/crm cycle. I was wondering if you guys could help me out in deciding which version would be best fpr us.

    We need:
    OSX 10.5 and Windows users.
Shared contacts, sales cycle and documents. (By the way, can docs be attached to individual accounts?)
Outlook integration including Outllook 2007 running in VM on OSX 10.5
    custom sales cycle points
    Continuing marketing campaigns (mass email)
offline client would be a plus
    local data backup option
what are my hosting options for different versions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

Regarding hosting vs. on-premise, Sugar offers both options for the Professional and Enterprise editions. If you want the offline client, that's a function of the Enterprise edition. Outlook client is available as an add-on to the Community edition and is standard for Pro and Enterprise.

You might find this chart useful to compare editions.

I would recommend to go with hosted solution for that size if you decide to go with PRO or ENT.

if you choose community version, then local installation should be a better choice.
