I have tried to search but did not fine where this topic was brought up before, so I figure I would start here. At this point, we use the case module for external customer support, and the way we update the notes is via Outlook sync. We would like the History field to be viewable in its entirety without having to click the individual links. (Just separated by a time stamp)
How would we go about doing this? Is this available with a simple change? Thanks in advance for any help.
