Want sugarcrm functional specification

Hi all,

I am new to sugar crm. We have hosted sugar crm over tmdhosting. I want workflow of sugar crm. I.e. I want to know the process from where to start, how to track calls, meeting. I want total workflow from start to end. Please let me know the functional specification and not user manual.
