"warning" messages within Sugar

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to correct the following message:

Warning: include(cache/smarty/templates_c\%%FA^FA9^FA908702%%EditView.tpl.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Sugar1SC\include\Smarty\Smarty. class.php on line 1265

It is appearing on left side in the "New Contact" area. I am not 100% sure why this is appearing and I can not seem to correct it.

Does anyone have any ideas?
