Way for document reviewers

Is there a way to have certain people set to review a document and approve it before everyone can see it on Sugar

There is no built in approval system but you can assign the record to a private team upon creation where only they can see it. People on that team would be the approvers. If you are using Community you can look at http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/securitysuite/

If you look in SugarForge and SugarExchange someone my have built something to do exactly what you are looking for.
