    Default web-to-account?

I'm just getting my feet wet with Sugar, and have a question...

I'm trying to figure out how users can go fill out a form on my site and when I hit submit, it creates an account for them on my sugarcrm install?

I've seen the web-to-lead (my site is running on a different server than sugarcrm is), but is there anything like that for setting up an account automatically so I can have the difference between shipping/billing info and keep track of what they bought?

    I hope I'm making sense..

    Thanks for your help

Nothing pre-packaged like the web-to-lead, but it is not difficult to do via the SOAP API.

Check out the developers web site as it contains a Developer Guide and also examples that you might find useful: http://developer.sugarcrm.com

You might also want to visit the Wiki: http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki

There is a free workflow module for sugar. It might enable you to automatically convert a lead to an account thus giving you what you need indirectly.
