web form to lead creation

I am looking for information on how to insert leads from web forms. We have
a web site the is hosted outside of our company. So I need information on
how to submit a lead to CRM from a web form on the externally hosted web
site. The SDK does not really address this and I have been unable to find
any good information on how to do it. Thanks.

Inside Sugar, click Sitemap (top right of the screen) -> Campaigns -> Create Lead Form.

Or just go in the main menu in Sugar (at the top left of the screen), hover over Sales or Marketing, -> click Campaigns -> Create Lead Form (link at the top near the horizontal menu bar).
