what is the best crm for a computershop?

i sell , repair, computers and i was told that suggar might be good at the beggining but if i want more modules i ll have to pay for licences for each module and it is renew by every year.
it is a small bussines and it is in south american , so we dont earn in dollars.
i would like for a solution that i dont have to pay every year.

Also maybe there are other better crm aimed to computer workshops.

This really depends on your needs and what functionality you are looking for. The Sugar Pro and Ent versions are a payable license yearly. You can download the CE version for free. If you need additional functionality beyond CE, you can always check the SugarForge to see if there are any plugins that might meet your needs, or customize the system to add any missing functionality, or hire a developer to build this out.
