I'll be getting a new cell phone, base on what best integrates with SugarCRM community edition. I've spent a couple of hours browsing various apps, getting more and more confused, and had 2 main questions:

Which of them offer lead/contact info pop-up base on incoming caller ID?

Which is the most popular and stable?
