Newbie here, so apologies in advance if the answer to this question is glaringly obvious.

I'm having trouble finding the difference between the Sugar Open Source (free) software, and the Sugar Professional software. Is it nothing more than different support options?

Do I sacrifice anything by choosing one over the other?
