what is the difference between Account,Contact, Opportunity and Leads . could you please elaborate me all these with example..

I do not think the forum is a good place to get a basic introduction to Sugar. Please read the documentation here (http://developers.sugarcrm.com/docum...=6.2&showall=n) and then come back with more specific questions if required.
You can also use the search function of this forum and/or one of the larger search engines.

In short words...
Leads: some people you know few informations. You know those people by a mailing list or incoming call or any other process.
As soon as you deal with one of these people you know a bit more about him and about what does he needs. When you are able to send him a proposal for either a service or product you are confident that Lead (previously unknown person) can become a customer of yours. At this time it is good to Convert that Lead into an Account and Contact, and hopefully an Opportunity (business deal).
Account is the company where that Lead work for.
Contact is the converted Lead.
Opportunity is a business deal you expect to close to him.
As you could see, a Lead has fields with respect to a Person (salutation, first name, last name etc) and to a Company (account name etc). So on Converting a Lead you will create an Account and a Contact from that Lead.
