If you look at but #3999 there was a bug in 4.0.0 where notes that were attached to calls would get lost if you edited the call.

4.0.1 is supposed to have fixed that bug, but what happens to the lost notes at this point? Since they no longer know what object they go with, is there some way to go through them and reattach them, or are they just gone?
