What is the SLA level with Sugar Pro On-Demand ?
Hi,
haven read the http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/products...on-demand.html Sugar Pro On-Demand options , I would like to know what HA/SLA level is guaranteed in Sugar Pro On-Demand subscription (for 5 users)
- SLA , available 24H/24 , 7d/7, 365d/365 ?
- Transparent application failover ? or recovery in less than 1 hour ? less than 1 day ?
